Forex Market Overview

Scan the entire forex market at a glance. The market overview grid shows live rates, daily change, highs and lows for major and cross currency pairs, so you can instantly spot the day's biggest movers and where volatility is concentrated.

Live rates for every major and cross pair

The market overview is a professional quote grid: live bid prices, daily change in pips and percent, and the session high and low for the majors, the crosses and metals. One glance tells you which currency is being bought, which is being sold, and where today's range is being made.

Sorting by daily change surfaces the biggest movers instantly — the pairs where a trend is running or a reversal is under way — while a quiet grid tells you liquidity is thin and ranges are likely to hold.

From market scan to trade idea

A movers list answers what is moving, not why. Take the pairs at the top of the board into the news feed to find the catalyst, into the currency strength meter to see whether one currency is driving the whole complex, and into the correlation matrix to check you are not about to open the same trade three times in different clothing.

When you have a candidate, open it on a live chart to mark levels, or add it to your watchlist to track it through the session.

Frequently asked questions

What are the major currency pairs?

The majors are the seven pairs that include the US dollar and one other top-tier currency: EUR/USD, USD/JPY, GBP/USD, USD/CHF, AUD/USD, USD/CAD and NZD/USD. Pairs between two non-USD majors, such as EUR/GBP or GBP/JPY, are called crosses.

Are the forex rates on this page live?

Yes. Prices stream from a live market feed and update continuously while the forex market is open.

Which currency pair moves the most?

It varies by session and by what data is due, but GBP/JPY, GBP/USD and gold (XAU/USD) are typically among the widest daily ranges, while EUR/USD carries the deepest liquidity and tightest spreads.

Why do rates differ slightly from my broker?

Forex is decentralised, so every liquidity provider quotes marginally different prices and spreads. Use these rates for analysis and your broker's feed for execution.
