Get in touch with the FX Terminal team by email for help using the forex research platform, to share product feedback, discuss a business inquiry, or ask a general question. Email support@fxterminal.app and your message will be directed to the right person.

How to reach the FX Terminal team

Email is the only support channel we run, and it reaches the same small team that builds the platform — there is no ticket queue and no outsourced first line. Write to the support address on this page and the message is routed to whoever owns that part of the terminal: data pipelines, charting, the Academy, or accounts.

We aim to answer within one working day. If something is broken, telling us the page you were on, the currency pair or instrument involved and roughly when it happened is usually enough for us to reproduce it; a screenshot helps but is rarely necessary.

What we can and cannot help with

We can help with anything about the product: a chart that will not load, a data series that looks wrong, a lesson that will not mark itself complete, a strategy that will not save, or a question about what a number on a screen actually measures. Reports of bad or stale market data are the most useful messages we get, and they are usually fixed the same week.

We cannot give trading or investment advice, tell you what to buy or sell, manage money, or comment on a specific position. FX Terminal is a research tool and nothing on it is a recommendation. We are not a broker and we never ask for account credentials, card details or funds — treat any message claiming otherwise as fraudulent.

Feedback, data corrections and business enquiries

Feature requests are read and genuinely shape the roadmap; several of the terminal's screens started as one-line emails from users. If you want a new instrument, an extra timeframe, another central bank in the monitor or a metric we do not track yet, say so.

For partnerships, data licensing, press questions or anything commercial, use the same address and put the subject in the first line so it gets to the right person quickly.

Frequently asked questions

How do I contact FX Terminal support?

By email, using the support address shown on this page. It is the only support channel we operate, and it goes directly to the team that builds the platform.

How long does a reply take?

Usually within one working day. Bug reports that include the page you were on and the instrument involved tend to be resolved fastest, because we can reproduce them immediately.

Can you tell me whether to buy or sell a currency?

No. FX Terminal is a research and education platform, not an advisory service or a broker. We can explain what a number on a screen measures and where it comes from, but we cannot advise on a position.

The data on a screen looks wrong — should I report it?

Yes, please do. Market data reports are the most useful messages we receive. Tell us the screen, the instrument and roughly when you saw it, and we will trace it back through the pipeline.

Do I need an account to contact you?

No. FX Terminal is free to use without an account, and you do not need one to email us. Mention your account email only if the question is about saved progress or a saved strategy.

Do you offer phone or live chat support?

No. Email keeps a written record of the problem and lets us attach it to the fix, which is why it is the only channel we support.
